Manufacturing Process

Raw Material ( Coil form or Straight Bar form ).
Coil opening machine :- The curvy coil is opened and straightened.
Coil Setting machine :-Straightened and feed the wire rod into next machine.
Descaling machine :- Machine that remove scales on the wire rod by means of blasting steel balls.
Drawing machine :- Draw up wire rod to a smaller diameter. Also the wire rod being cut to specific length and straightened.
Roller straightener :-That straighten and polish the drawn steel bars.

Finished product :- Cold drawn bar.
